The Frengers

Hello! We're the Frengers, owner/operators of L.A. We started L.A. after being involved with our oldest sons travel baseball experience.

We quickly realized after we started our sports journey that Livingston Co. needed additional indoor facility areas to allow teams/athletes grow to their full potential. We have a passion for baseball and health & fitness, which is how the dream quickly became tangible for us. We hope your athlete feels like our space allows them to focus, grow, get stronger, and stretch themselves to their best athletic ability all while in an environment that feels safe and gives a sense of family. Every person who walks through our doors has our full attention whether it is for team training, extra reps on the weekend, fitness classes, or even a space to get some energy out.
